Cabernet Sauvignon

A ruby red wine with aromas of mature strawberries and plums. Part of this wine has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months, giving it additional complexity, finesse and delicate oak flavours. Excellent with red meat, roasts and barbecues.

Sauvignon Blanc

A wonderful intense herbaceous character complemented by the delicate tropical flavours typical of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Balanced fresh and elegant it makes an excellent aperitif and is delicious with fish and seafood.
