MONTEPULCIANO
D' ABRUZZO D.O.C:
This is a vintage controlled red wine. It is ruby
- red coloured. After ageing it obtains a sparking characteristic,
a typical and pleasing bouquet, a dry taste. Alcoholic strength
12 - 13 degrees according to the year. It should be consumed at
room temperature (18 - 20 degrees) and uncorked two hours before
drinking. It goes well with both white meat and roast beef.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Cerasuolo D.O.C.
This
rose wine is very clear and crisp with a particularly delicate
bouquet. It has a dry taste with a light sweet vein. Alcoholic
strength 11,5-12,5 degrees according to the year. It should be
consumed cool (6-8 degrees) and goes well with horsd'oeuvre, cheese
and roast fish.
TREBBIANO
D'ABRUZZO D.O.C:
This is vintage controlled white wine. It is a
light straw - coloured wine with a pleasing bouquet. Its dry taste
goes well with fish. Alcoholic strength (11,5 - 12 degrees). It
should be consumed cold but not iced.
