Sevylor DIVEYAK is compact: Rolled up in a mesh pack bag, it fits on a shelf of a closet or a garage. Portable: Boat, paddle and pump makes a small enough package a diver can fly to the furthest corners of the world and take his dive boat with him. This makes the diver independent of expensive party dive boats, cumbersome boats and trailers. Strong, stable & Versatile: Made of heavy duty Polyester upper and Zodiac-like composite lower hull, the DIVEYAK is very tough and most durable. It is flat for maximum stability with a raised bow to easily ride over ocean waves. The DIVEYAK can also be used for moderate surfing for exercise and recreational paddling. DIVEYAK is supplied with 3 directional skegs, mesh carrying nag, bucket seat with ditty bag, 2 water bottle holders, paddle holders, 2 dozen stainless D-rings and plenty of tie downs to secure dive gear. Flag and paddle optional.

Diveyak has been designed and tested by experienced divers. all D-rings, bungee cargo cords, and tie downs are in the right places to properly secure all diving gear one would take along on an extended dive trip. Handles, 3 surfboard like directional skegs and drain are properly positioned for maximum efficiency. The turned-up bow enables the Diveyak to be launched through moderate surf. The ditty pouch and two large water bottle holders are mounted on a fanny pack which can be disconnected from the comfortable bucket seats, if the diver decides to explore the beach or a deserted island.

ST6696 - This Diveyak is for two people and is a larger version of the ST5696. Sevylor took into account that two people would have more gear and the boat would have to be much wider and much more stable. In spite of the added width, the Diveyak can be easily paddled over long distances. Both Diveyaks are supplied with a foot pump, carrying bag, and 1 or 2 bucket seats prospectively. Recommended extra are: dive flag, kayak paddle, and thigh braces for rough water kayaking.

Construction - both Diveyaks have an outer skin and inner hull. The outer skin has a heavy-duty polyester deck, the rest is a Zodiac like composite fabric. (PVC and Polyester) The inner hull is non-corrosive PVC with two separate inflatable chambers
